1. About Sable & Sage

Sable & Sage is a Pakistani fragrance brand offering perfumes, tester sets, and customized gift boxes.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, fragrance notes, images, prices, and other relevant information.

Fragrance experiences can vary from person to person. Product images, colours, and packaging may also vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Please review the product details carefully before placing an order. If you need clarification, contact us before purchasing.

3. Prices and Orders

All product prices will be displayed on the website in the stated currency. Delivery charges are separate unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Placing an order constitutes a purchase request. We may contact you to verify order details, availability, delivery information, or payment status before confirming the order.

If a product is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will communicate the available options. Any payment-related resolution will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Customized Gift Boxes

Sable & Sage offers customized gift boxes that may include a perfume of your choice, mini gifts, snacks, or other requested items, subject to availability and confirmation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected items and the final order details before confirming their purchase.

Customized items are prepared according to the customer’s confirmed selections. They are not eligible for return or exchange simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the selected items.

This restriction does not remove any rights or remedies that may apply if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day reporting window for products that arrive damaged, subject to the conditions in our Return and Exchange Policy.

Customers must provide a continuous unboxing video as evidence of the parcel’s condition and the damage discovered during opening, along with the order details.

Our standard resolution for an eligible damaged-product claim is a replacement or an exchange for other available products of equivalent value. Cash refunds are not part of our standard damaged-item resolution policy, except where required by applicable law.

Delivery charges are separate. Any delivery charges associated with an exchange or replacement will be communicated to the customer before the arrangement is finalized.

6. Customer Responsibilities

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including the selected fragrance, product quantity, and customized gift-box contents, before confirming your purchase.

You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sable & Sage name, branding, original website content, product descriptions, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our original content or branding without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accessible and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will always be free of errors.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sable & Sage is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, service interruptions, or inaccurate information supplied by customers.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
